My new pet….
I was fortunate to win the “Guess how many M&Ms were in the jar” contest at Cooper’s Corner and my prize was my very own budgie. I am calling her Harriet in the hopes she can hook up with Ozzie.
The best thing about Harriet, is no buying food or cleaning up poop and she’s quiet when I want her to be. My cats were not overly interested or impressed. Thanks Michelle and Harry for the great new pet.

I love how we show our cats things hoping they’ll respond. Kristen had some swirly thing on her phone and I’m “Show Max, see if he likes it”. He had no feelings one way or the other. LOL We mostly keep the bird turned off because it’s really super annoying otherwise.
The clip woke Chaos up from a nap! But that’s it. He didn’t get really excited or anything.
Obviously our cats are all smarter than we give them credit for. They know a fake bird when they hear one.
Very cute indeed. I love pets like that – no muss, no fuss and no feathers flying around.
They have their upside.
I played it for Ozzie and he gave one chirp and started preening.
